About CSMS
Complaint and service operations teams often run on a mix of spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and chat threads — workable at small scale, but a real liability once you need to know who owns what, whether an SLA is at risk, or what actually happened on a case last month.
CSMS was built to be the single system of record for that work: complaint registration, engineer allocation, a real activity timeline, configurable SLA tracking, and a low-friction way to hear back from the customer — without asking every tenant to become a software customization project.
The product is intentionally free to start. The architecture is built as a modular monolith with tenant isolation designed in from the start, so the same codebase scales from a single-branch operation to a multi-tenant platform without a rewrite.
